While remaining undiscovered by most, the awakening township of Seeley Lake and the surrounding abundance of mountains, lakes and forests has been known to local Montanans for nearly a century as a recreational paradise. Situated in the Seeley Swan Valley next to the Bob Marshall and Mission Mountain Wilderness areas, Seeley Lake is just an hour and a half drive south of the whitewater thrills found at Glacier National Park, the exhilarating skiing Big Mountain has long been known for, and the endless waters of Montana's Flathead Lake.

Located one hour northeast of Missoula via I90 and Highway 83 Seeley Lake is also easily accessible to an international airport serviced by Northwest, Delta and Horizon Airlines.

Complete with an airstrip, fine dining and an eighteen hole golf course, Seeley Lake also heartily celebrates the dramatic changes each season brings from year to year.

January starts with Winterfest and the "Seeley Lake 100" dog sled races; February stays warm with the Wine & Chocolate Fete, the "Race to the Sky" dog sled races, Snowmobilavous, and the Snow Joke half marathon.

April revels in the Celebration of Trees and this May we will see our 4th Annual Loon & Fish Festival. Looking forward to the warm sun of July Seeley Lake celebrates July 4th with an annual fireworks display over Seeley Lake and ends this month with the annual horseshoe throwing tournament.
